2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve the StockPilot service. Specifically:

• To generate your financial reports and audit logs.
• To provide AI-driven business insights through the Intelligence Hub.
• To facilitate internal stock transfers and production sessions.
• To verify your business identity for high-precision auditing.

3. Data Security & Integrity

StockPilot employs industry-standard encryption and security protocols to ensure your data remains confidential. We use Firestore's secure rules architecture to prevent unauthorized access between different business entities.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Genkit (powered by Google Gemini) to process natural language queries in the Intelligence Hub. Your data is processed in accordance with Google's enterprise privacy standards and is not used to train global public models.
