By creating an account on StockPilot, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they govern your use of the platform.

1. Use of the Service

StockPilot provides inventory management, POS, and business intelligence services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device.

2. Subscription Tiers & Limits

Your access to features and resource quotas (products, staff, locations) is determined by your subscription plan.

• Pilot Plan: Basic operations only. No AI access.
• Navigator/Autopilot: Includes AI Strategist and Support capabilities.

Exceeding plan limits may require an upgrade or purchase of add-on slots.

3. Data Accuracy & Auditing

While StockPilot provides high-precision auditing tools, the accuracy of your reports depends on the data entered by you and your staff. StockPilot is not liable for financial discrepancies arising from incorrect manual entries or failure to reconcile physical stock.

4. Prohibited Actions

Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to circumvent security rules, using the service for fraudulent activities, or sharing account credentials with unauthorized third parties.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are found to be engaged in suspicious operational activity.
